ARE THE COVERS LATEX FREE?

Yes, all of our covers are made of high quality silicone and are 100% latex free.

DO THE PRODUCTS COMPLY WITH CE, FCC AND ROHS REGULATIONS?

Yes, all of our products are tested by certified testing agencies and are approved.

AT WHAT FREQUENCY SHOULD KEYPADS BE CLEANED?

Our products are designed to be cleaned and disinfected between patients to follow best practices.

WHAT CLEANING SOLUTIONS CAN BE USED?

Any hospital grade disinfectant like 80% alcohol, bleach solution, and ammonia can be used to clean and disinfect silicone.

HOW TO CLEAN THE KEYBOARD?

Our products can be cleaned and disinfected by the “spray and wipe” method because they do not have raised surfaces. It is not necessary to rinse or submerge them. Before wiping the keyboard, you can press the CLEAN key to prevent unwanted input. After the process, the keyboard can be activated by pressing the CLEAN key again.

CAN WHITE SILICONE BECOME YELLOW DUE TO DISINFECTANTS OR AGING?

Silicone will not turn yellow due to aging or UV rays or hospital disinfectants.
Substances that can alter and stain silicone are oil-based products, as well as pen ink, permanent markers, Aloe Vera creams, and all Aloe Vera products.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?

Purekeys warranty is 2 years, covering manufacturing defects, i.e. defects that are not the result of improper use. If you have a problem with a defective product, we will send you a replacement. Depending on the product and the problem, we will ask you to keep the defective product and return it to us later or discard it.

CAN THE KEYBOARD SILICONE BE CHANGED?

Yes, the silicone can be changed, without having to change the entire keyboard.
